The manager is great, and the studios are very spacious. I hope they get a better system for packages, but is a good place overall.

I scheduled an appointment today for July 16 at 1:30 PM. I arrived at 1:00 PM. Call the police office and nobody answered for three times. Called the number on the website nobody answered. The management for the leasing office is the most terrible management I have ever experienced. For nobody to be in the leasing office, but to confirm and let a person schedule an appointment is the most inconsiderate management I have ever seen. I lived here for two years, starting in 2022. It was fine at first, when they had a manager on site 5 days a week. After about a month, they let him go and never replaced him. After that, the building went downhill. No one responded to phone calls, the vm was always full, the building was constantly trashed and the stairwells filled with urine, alcohol and vomit. Tenants would pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night, multiple times a month. Entry doors were constantly broken and homeless people would sleep in common a... read more
