The staff were all incredibly friendly and the whole process was very quick and easy. The fresh baked cookies were an added bonus
I only hated my experience yesterday... It was my thirteenth donation and the nurse was kind of rude, besides she hurt me while drawing the blood, then moved the needle around causing more pain.. she was talking so much to other people, not focusing much... My arm hurt and my chest too... To remove the needle she pulled to the point it hurt.... Dont want to be seen by her again.
It's easy and as they say you give the gift of life! My mother just needed platelets during cardiac surgery and if mine from Monday weren't for her, someone else's were. Thank you!
