The staff is so friendly and the place is really clean.
Every time I go and donate at the Providence center, the staff is always so friendly and the center is always clean. I love going to the Providence center to donate.

There isn't anything that I do not love about the RIBC.... The staff are always courteous and very friendly. It is always a very welcoming atmosphere walking through the doors. From checking in, to walking out the door with my red bandage, it is a very pleasant experience.
