16 weeks. For all you busy people out there, getting on the machine a little longer each time means more time between donations. Everyone should try it. I donate three times a year, April, August and December. My favorite place to donate is Woonsocket. Staff is excellent. I donate in behalf of Four Corners Chapel. We are just starting our December Blood Drive. We have had 2 Blood Drives so far this year with a combined donation total of 52 donations. God Bless the RI Blood Center and all of the staff.
From the receptionist to the nurses to the phlebotomists to the guy serving FRESH hot cookies, the RIBC makes for a very relaxing atmosphere. Very professional and friendly. Go donate a pint. You won't miss it.

i know it takes alittle time to give Double red blood cells, but the small amount of time it takes, it benefits so many people. plus i enjoy the after cookies/ beverage selection : ) such a friendly staff. Thank you for all that you do
I had an appointment and was in and out in under an hour... scheduled my next appt before I left. Felicia was super sweet and made the time fly by!
