The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I truly feel appreciated everytime I walk through the door. I look forward to donating every other Saturday. And the cookies are delicious.
Thank you for making me feel unappreciated! So sorry for the patients that needed my 23rd donation, and AB + double platelet donation today. Don't be more than 10 mins late for your appt. I would have assumed since I'm giving you upwards of 3 hrs of my time each month I wouldn't have been greeted with an attitude.
