Got right in and the service was great.
My attendant was wonderful. Friendly, competent, gentle, and skilled. I had a pleasant experience
Scheduled @ noon, made it easy for my work schedule. Short wait time, Dr Don had me numbed & filled (as usual, he made the needle stick very tolerable) and I was on my way back to work within the hour!
The visit was very personal because the staff remembered me from previous visits. When I asked questions, I got straight and informative answers. Additionally, I enjoyed talked with my hygienist.
Excellent in everyway!
As always, the Dr., his staff and the facility were outstanding. They have been my care provider for many years and I highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Flack. I mentioned to Dr. Flack that I was very nervous about going to the dentist and she was excellent at making me feel more comfortable. I felt the Dr. Flack was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. Overall, my experience at Nielson Family Dentistry was excellent and I will be going back for all of my preventive dental care.
The people, the service and the accommodations were all great.
