Very professional. I need a lot of work and I was very nervous but was made very comfortable.

I've been going to you guys for years and have always felt so welcome. The receptionist was really nice. I had brought an old insurance card and was going to have to pay after my visit but she did some research and found my active dental insurance! I was very impressed. And the dental hygienist was super nice. I know lots of people who don't like going to the dentist but I have never felt that way about Nielson! Thank you for doing an excellent job!

Dr. Don does not deserve such a wonderful, courteous, helpful, funny and obviously, patient team. Every one of the Ladies I had interaction with is the BOMB! Plus Connie is my sister from another Mother...who knew going to the dentist could be so much fun? I can say this about Dr. Don because I myself have such a team of wonderful ladies in my office!
Staff is always helpful, courteous and a gentle touch. Very pleased with everything. Have had no issues.
On time no waiting, great painless cleaning. Staff was first rate! Follow up visit set. Great experience.
