..Hi Jamie My first time visiting dental. I only have medical care only until farther notice. There is a empty papershoot it inquires me to go to the dental. Jamie I had this notice ever since 4 months now. If there was an option for 0 stars they would have gotten it. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. After leaving my insurance information in person and later over the phone (because they lost it) they billed me months afterwards. They never contacted me just sent me a late bill by mail. I called and left messages to which I received no response or call backs. Under the leadership of Dr. Carole Whytfe this was an excellent practice . However, she and virtually all of the staff are gone. After years of going here, I visited the new dentist for a simple matter and was horrified. He looked at the problem tooth, said it had to be extracted And then on the day I was scheduled to have the tooth removed he wanted to remove the wrong one a perfectly healthy tooth.
