Unprofessional and rude! Sherry never confirmed my appointment after I asked for availability of other hair dressers. She never got back to me and then called to confirm the first appointment which i had not confirmed after requesting other times. She got rude and threatened to charge me for cancellation, but my appointment (which I never fully confirmed and was waiting for her to get back to me) was still a week out! Really? Oh and they only accept cash! She needs a lesson in customer service for sure!
My teenage daughter recently had a great experience with Crystal. She cut & styled her hair just like she wanted. Rhinehart & Co is a very pleasant salon. We look forward to our next appointments. Thank you!
After 2 years, I can safely say Doug & Pam are the best types of people to be around. At peace w/ themselves; very family oriented, pleasant to be with, care about their customers, & of course, excellent stylists each.
I only trust Michelle to do my hair. She is very professional and is confident in her work. She is a miracle worker with my hair and makes me look and feel beautiful.
