Customer service at RH is unmatched, both in store and online. Osvaldo, our design consultant, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were quick to accept a return/exchange when a furniture piece didn't work in our space. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service experience. They changed my delivery window after confirming it to prioritize another customer. I would not recommend them at all. After waiting as long as I have and paying RH prices you would expect better and more responsive customer service.
