RGA serves several residents where I work. They are reliable, passionate about what they do and overall down to earth. The staff at RGA always make themselves available and are open to feedback. Our residents haven't had a single complaint!
My family had a horrible experience with another home health because they were alway late or sometimes missed appointments without calling. RGA always showed up and took time with my mother when they were there. They all treated her with such kindness and gave her amazing care. I'm so glad the case manager at the hospital told us about RGA.
RGA has helped my brother who is a veteran with medication management and provided my daughter with in-home rehab after a major surgery. Their staff goes above and beyond but are patient and kind at the same time. Sometimes we don't realize what resources are available to our loved ones and RGA Home Health is definitely one of them!
RGA has been an absolute god send for my family and I! When something unexpected happens to your mom and you don't know what to do, just hope that someone tells you about RGA like they told us at the hospital. When we were so clueless about our options, they walked us through the whole process so we knew what steps were next.
