RGA Home Health has been an incredible resource to me and my family. They provide excellent care with compassion and kindness. They are extremely responsive and professional. A load of stress was taken off our shoulders with their support. My family and I are forever grateful.
I would recommend RGA because they are an expert in their field. They have been in home health for 10 years and have excellent clinicians who have been with them for many years. Their administrative team has been the same for the past 10 years and will help you with so much, even if its not home health related.
My grandmother has been using RGA over the years for in home nursing and therapy. We have had the same OT and PT this whole time which says a lot about how they treat their employees; great retention and continuation of care for patients. Their clinicians are respectful of your time and home. I also appreciate how helpful their office staff is with getting wound care supplies and the wheelchair we needed. I had the pleasure of working for RGA as a physical therapist for just under a year. Life happened which resulted in a move across the country, so I was forced to leave my position. I didn't realize how good I had it until I landed in my new home. I worked for another Home Health company for a short period which helped me to realize how great RGA really is.
