Rick consulted me over the phone when our water heater went out. He was honest about not working on the brand we had. He directed me to the manufacturer so we could claim a replacement part and complete the repair ourselves. He saved me a service fee and a $250 part plus labor. It is great to have someone with intergrity in the industry.
After procrastinating on some plumbing issues for quite a while I contacted RG Plumbing with a laundry list of things needing to be done. They came by and looked at everything, gave me a price quote and we scheduled for the next day. They were prompt and accommodating. Everything on the list accomplished in the day. They left the areas clean and tidy. Very happy with the quality and level of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them.
Dan Ahlstrom at RG Plumbing not only does great work, but gives personal attention to the job and the follow up to make certain everything is right. I have used his services a number of times in three different homes. He always has been prompt, fair and courteous. I highly recommend him.
