Rick was super helpful and came the same day. We thought we were needed to replace our water heater but Rick got the heater lit and it’s been working great ever since. He communicated effectively and quickly and I highly recommend RG.
We wanted a second opinion when our water heater stopped working. We got same day service. We were ready to spend $$ money on a new water heater. RG came out told us we didn’t need a new one yet and relit the pilot light and charged us nothing. Fast, friendly and honest. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks Rick!
I made an appointment for Thursday morning at 930; texted an hour later and changed it to Wednesday ,930. He texted back no problem. At 1030 we’d called and he said he had forgotten but his brother would be able to come as soon as he finished up the job he was on, maybe an hour to hour and a half. No one ever came, no one called, no one answered his phone, or text. We love RG Plumbing, Inc ! We have been customers for several years now and are always happy with the quality of work and high level customer service. Last Friday we contacted them about getting new bathroom faucets, they sent us to a plumbing supply website where we chose the hardware we liked. Then we called them back with the model numbers of our choice and scheduled the installation appointment for Tuesday of the very next week. Best experience with a plumber I've had in a long time. I called to find out if my jammed disposal should be fixed or replaced and was given great advice. When the DIY repair advice I tried didn't work, I opted to have the disposal replaced and the price was fantastic. Both workers who came were very friendly and the work was completed quickly, I'll definitely call RG Plumbing next time!
