I would not recommend this Dr. to anybody period. After several procedures and tens of thousands of dollars I have numerous issues corrected by another doctor. Dr. Reynolds is only concerned about money. I only wish I had done more research on him prior to getting all my work done by him. BEWARE!
Do not trust his office staff. They are inept and unprofessional. You need to write down and keep track of every conversation you have with them. He is lower cost than others - there is a reason. You get what you pay for.
An excellent experience with Dr. Reynolds and his friendly staff. So pleased to have a surgeon of his caliber in our area.
Dr. Reynolds and staff are fantastic! I was extremely nervous about the procedure needing to be done. He was kind, patient and understanding. I knew I needed more work done then what I originally scheduled but I had pain and took the first appointment available. When I went in, he stated the obvious that more work needed to be done and offered to reschedule me later on the SAME DAY to have it all done at once. He went above and beyond what I would expect. His staff was extremely friendly!
To not trust any estimate of charges they give you. Ask them to do a predetermination of benefits with your insurance company. They have no problem charging you 400% more than their estimate.
Dr. Reynolds is such an incredible doctor! He is such a perfectionist and performs the surgery with such precision. He explained everything so we could understand it. All three of our kids have had multiple surgeries done by him. He is the BEST around!!!! Please go see for yourself.
