Front office and billing are extremely unprofessional. We were told by Dr. Reynolds himself at both our initial appointment and after the procedure that they would give us the needed paperwork to submit to our insurance- they have been refusing to do so, as well as refusing to return calls. They have flat out lied to my husbands face about sending info to insurance. They get paid up front so they dont care about how they treat their patients after the check clears. Dr. Reynolds is a very skilled surgeon. He is an amazing Dr. two of my adult kids had their wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Reynolds. They didn’t have ANY problems at all. Just recently I brought my 87 year old mom into see him about a molar and thrush that was a very painful result of radiation. Dr. Reynolds helped my mom with this. Everyone in his office is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him .
The reception area and oral surgery room gave me a very warm and comfortable feeling as did the receptionist, the surgery asst and Dr Reynolds. I had no qualms about the surgery, any questions I had regarding the surgery and follow up procedures were answered. Yes, I would go to Dr Reynolds if I needed any further oral surgery.
My son, Weston, had a great experience getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Very professional and comfortable considering having to get all 4 teeth removed. Dr. Reynolds did a great job and made my son feel at ease. I highly recommend him for dental surgery.

Crazy super professional, he made a painful procedure as painless as possible. He's performed other oral surgeries for me as well. He's out of my network and I chose him anyway. Love his demeanor, his professionalism, his office decor and his staff. His lobby has water and apple juice-my fav!!!

Doctor Reynolds and his staff were exceptional. They were detailed, well planned and the office was clean and comfortable. From the front office to those who assist Dr Reynolds, everyone was great. In my opinion he is a pro’s pro, excellent at his craft. Thank you to Dr Reynolds and his team!

Dr G and staff were great. Son had wisdom teeth out. Everything went really well. Professional staff, relaxing but state of the art facility. Would definitely recommend.
Outstanding-Dr. Reynolds was willing to work me in to his schedule at the last minute. His professionalism was above and beyond. His staff was also outstanding and, I left his office feeling grateful to have been referred to Dr. Reynolds. Thank you for such an outstanding experience. He did a great job on my surgery.
