Professional and friendly staff. I don’t do well at the dentist, but do not have issues going to this office!

The staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Reynolds did a great job on the surgery.
Once again I found myself in an emergent situation. I was seen immediately and reassured that my problem would be taken care of both safely, and quickly ( the very next morning). Dr Reynolds is a soft-spoken person but do not mistake that for arrogance. He is kind, thorough, the best ( in my opinion) in his field here in NoCo. I know his helpful, friendly and accommodating staff well. Dr Reynolds’ impressive education and training has me feeling relieved to be his patient. My sincerest thanks!
Great! Everybody is friendly and helpful and thoughtful. From the receptionist to the assistants and of course the man of few words, Dr Reynolds who is great.
Dr. Reynolds was excellent on his treatment of my husband who had Alzheimer’s. The care he gave him on consult visit reassured me that he would be just as gentle and professional during the surgery for the affected tooth. The entire office staff was very caring and professional.
Not horrible, not great. Did not end up choosing him for our oral surgery needs. He was not real approachable. I felt that my questions were an inconvenience to him and that he did not like to “be questioned”. Would probably not recommend. Billing lady was not personalable, she seemed focused on getting our $100 deposit and little else.
I will start off by saying I have never met Dr. Reynolds person so I can’t directly comment on him! I canceled my appointment after waiting 37 min past my scheduled appointment. They billed me $50 immediately for their wasting my time. I wrote requesting immediate refund. Had to call due to no response. I was told by the person on the phone that I could pick it up (out of my way), I then asked if they could mail it, she stated she’d mail it that day, 2+ weeks later it hasn’t arrived!!!
Started w/ Dr. Reynolds associate who I preferred. Wasn't given the option nor was I told Dr. Reynolds would be finishing my treatment plan until seconds before placing me under anesthesia. If I had known I wouldn't have proceeded. He didn't read my chart and wasn't prepared for my allergies to pain meds. I received no pain medication. Was in excruciating pain for weeks after the surgery. He was more concerned getting the last $15K. My dentist said several patients had my same experience!
