Engine light after I drove off the lot. They said it was a gas cap issue and gave me another and reset the light. A day later my vehicle is in the shop with a $1000 repair necessary to pass inspection.

Customer took the truck to the Ford Dealership to have it checked out before he purchased it. He was given the opportunity to buy and warranty but refused. He said it was not necessary since he just had it checked out by his dealership. I suppose we are to blame and not his dealership. We try and do the best job possible but you can't please all of the people all of the time.
Everything was great but unfortunately they don't except motorcycles for trade, we had a good deal going until then.
Friendly & efficient. Bought a nice truck from them. So far so good!

Awesome experience! The guy jusy finished gasing the vehicle up when I arrived. He was very courteous and none pushy. They let the cars speak for themselves. My bank was a little slow in getting them payment but they were friendly to us and did a few extra things to the vehicle.
