The car I was interested in was pending a sale for a customer coming from south Texas, and would they please hold as they were traveling far to see the car. . Mr. Reynold’s communicated that, and then following up as promised the next day, to say the car had been purchased by the other customer spoke volumes about Reynolds customer service and their integrity.
Mr. Reynolds truly made our experience shopping for a car amazing. He provided us with all the information requested and communicating with us in El Paso, Tx . He made us feel like a friend and I will be ready to buy another car from Reynolds Auto Group.

Roy, was so helpful and respected us. It was a great experience. The truck was exactly as it was presented on-line; pictures and all. If I need another vehicle in the future I would definitely consider the Reynolds Auto Group.

We just bought another car from Reynolds Auto Group, that makes it four vehicles that my family has purchased from them and we will return when we need another vehicle. That’s why I couldn’t believe it when I saw the bad reviews all from Oct. 29, 2019. I found out those bad reviews were the result of their Facebook account being hacked with hundreds of fake ads.
