The staff was polite and professional. It was a good car buying experience; I purchased the vehicle on 7/25.
I didn't actually show up at the dealership. My interaction was limited to phone and web. Those interaction were exceptional in my opinion. Although I didn't end up buying a Vehicle from them I would def look at them in the future
Rocky was fantastic to work with, as was Roy when we went to test drive the jeep. There was no pressure, the guys were great! The transaction from initial contact to signing the papers was fast, easy, seamless and most of all painless. The jeep was so clean and runs wonderfully. I can't say enough good about Reynolds Auto Group and Rocky. Communication was superb! I would definitely recommend them, and if we need to buy another vehicle in the future, they will be my first call.
The car I made a n appointment to see in the afternoon sold in the morning and they called straight away to save me the trip. Some people would let you go aloud of your way and try to sell you a different vehicle.
Very helpfully, they answer all my questions and resolve all my doubts. The process buying the car was very fast and easy.
I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300C in 2015, I was very pleased with the vehicle and the service I received.
Dealer great. No pressure. Fair on trade in. Will definitely buy from them again.

Responded quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Just unfortunately was not the right vehicle for me.
