Avoid this place ve been to this urgent care twice. The staff is unfriendly and they seem very rushed. Both times I went it was for an allergic reaction. Both doctors barely looked at it for 2 seconds, made snap decisions, wrote the prescription and practically shoved me out of the office. Also if you dont have insurance, DO NOT GO HERE. They charge more than ANY other urgent care. On my first visit, I didnt have insurance and I felt robbed and cheated. Thankfully, I had insurance the second time, but I still felt like I did... read more

Very Poor Medical Center My husband suffered from a second degree water burn on his calf. Being a stubborn man he waited a few days after this happened before he finally gave into going to seek medical attention. We assumed that the wait would be longer in an actual Emergency Room so we chose to go to this Urgent Care Center. We obviously assumed wrong. After checking in we waited for over 2 hours before even being seen by the Triage nurse. Then we waited almost another 2 hours before seeing a doctor. The doctor treated the ... read more

Slow service, high bills I broke my collar bone after playing a game of flag football and had to be rushed to the Rex Urgent Care in Cary to be treated. After about sitting in the waiting room for nearly 45 minutes in excruciating pain, I was finally treated. The doctor basically threw a slinger on me, and prescribed some medication. He was not very friendly and did not give me good advice on how I should make sure it does not reinjure itself. When the bill came in the mail, my dad almost fainted. I do not recommend anyone g... read more

I checked in and was seen within 10 minutes. They diagnosed me quickly and gave me adequate treatment. The ladies up front were very kind and sincerely cared about my health

On the first day of new year, we had to take our daughter to this Urgent Care. First of all the service was very poor and slow though there were only 3 patients ahead of us. But the worse thing is, doctor prescribed her Anti biotics though it was viral infection (which we found out at the new Pediatric Express in Morrisville on 3rd Jan.) Looks like she was not supposed to take the medicine at all. That is why instead of getting better, each time I gave the anti biotics her tummy hurt more and she also started diarea........A... read more
