Had a great experience here. Everyone was great! Nurses, the anesthesiologist, the surgeon.

Twice this center canceled my surgery with little or no notice the day before surgery after I had requested time off of work without pay. I didn’t even get a chance to discuss options with the staff that cancelled it. Horrible customer service. Beware of this location.
My 15 y/o daughter had her first surgery April 3rd. Her Dad and I were understandably nervous. Every encounter we had from the triage pre-op phone interview to the post-op call back was positive. We couldn't have asked for better service. The staff were all kind and compassionate. I wish I knew every person's name: check in process was so easy, the receptionist was kind and informative, the woman in registration was funny and laid back- her family is from Beaufort NC same county as we are from- she made us so comfortable on ... read more
