We had a fantastic experience at the REX Surgery Center. Our toddler needed tubes in his ears and they were extremely communicative, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses, to the anesthesiologists and Dr. Jones performing the surgery were wonderful.

Twice this center canceled my surgery with little or no notice the day before surgery after I had requested time off of work without pay. I didn’t even get a chance to discuss options with the staff that cancelled it. Horrible customer service. Beware of this location.
