Rex Express Care NOT an Urgent Care – BEWARE! Rex Express Care is not an Urgent Care. Yes it is set up like one and they try to get you in an out without the wait of the hospital ER but they will bill you like an outpatient visit! I went thinking it was just another urgent care, they even collected my urgent care copay but then billed my insurance as a hospital outpatient visit and now my insurance will not pay for the visit!!!!
