Great staff and facility! Treatment has greatly improved my quality of life. I would recommend this to anyone.
You did fine. My knee hurt at first. After I completed the required physical therapy, it got better. BUT it started hurting again. I started to do the physical therapy at home. I have no problems now. I DO THE PHYSICAL THERAPY. ON MY KNEE EVERY MORNING AND NIGHT. I wear a brace when I am doing something that may over extend or strain my knee. But normal things don't bother me.
