I have been going to Revive for a long time, about at least 5 years. I even changed my insurance so that my husband and I could continue our care there. Revive has provided me the optimum dental care and continue to do so. I look and feel like a different person. My dental health was extremely poor and with the dental care I received from Revive, I have a smile beyond compare. I did not realize how my poor dental health affected my total health. With the extensive dental health care, counseling and guidance, my total health has improved greatly.
I'm a young adult who flosses and brushes my teeth twice daily. I was told I have early stage periodontitis. I went and got a second opinion and I am now writing this review. I was not provided with information that my insurance will only pay them a minute amount of money. I will have to pay several hundred dollars for this appointment. I was not able to confirm with my insurance that I would be responsible for the egregious bill that they informed me I'll have after the visit.
