My child was treated at Revistalist three years ago. We just went back for a repeated treatment. They have no records from her nine previous sessions. On this new session they had a therapist sit with her and basically just hold her hand, which I quite happily did previously. After this session I asked if we could just repeat the treatment without the pointless therapist and I was told that they can't do that, (despite her previous nine treatments being without a therapist).
