I was a patient for almost two years. The ketamine worked for a while, then started to over stimulate my nervous system which caused anxiety and panic attacks. They sold me on their “discounted packages”. But when I stopped the treatments, I asked for my refund for the treatments I didn’t use. Refund was supposed to be 2330.00. They kept 455.00. My child was treated at Revistalist three years ago. We just went back for a repeated treatment. They have no records from her nine previous sessions. On this new session they had a therapist sit with her and basically just hold her hand, which I quite happily did previously. After this session I asked if we could just repeat the treatment without the pointless therapist and I was told that they can't do that, (despite her previous nine treatments being without a therapist).
