Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
They are terribly slow and do not give feedback sometimes for months! The processing and underwriting does not understand simple appraisals. Also they limit the usage of real estate appraisal companies and it is often a long time to hire an appraisal for the job. I cannot recommend this company!

Im , not happy with this company. it had very bad reputation
If I could, I'd give 0 stars. They are a nightmare to deal with when a loved one/borrower passes away. They throw up roadblocks to get anything accomplished, constantly citing their 10-15 "business" day response time. Their written communications are misleading and cite incorrect deadlines. Even for a payoff request for loan - they give themselves 10 "business" days of additional interest before they will issue the payoff statement. I just had what would pass for a conversation with Equity Elite in Sacramento, California. The call was in response to a letter from this company soliciting me for contact regarding a Reverse Mortgage. The first person who answered the phone did not seem to understand the nature of my questions.
