All the staff at RMF very helpfull, very professional and pleasant to work with. They were able to navigate the difficult, and sometimes bewildering, *** rules and guidelines and helped us qualify for our loan. We highly recommend RMF, particularly for people who believe they may have trouble qualifying.

We recently rewrote our mortgage with Reverse Mortgage funding. This was a mortgage originated in 2016 and rewritten for a lower interest rate. In addition to calculating interest due through the closing date, they held and additional $507.50 as a buffer in the event that the closing did not happen as planned. The additional money was the interest for an additional 18 days. We were told at the time of closing that the money would be refunded right after the closing. Reverse Mortgage Funding is a company that definitely knows their business and customer service. We felt confident as our loan officer, ****** *******, navigated my wife and me through the process. Everything was conducted at our house which made it convenient and comfortable. As with any mortgage transaction, there are issues and we had ours. ****** handled them professionally and timely.
