Everything was clearly explained, they were punctual, I felt they were basically honest. There are regulations which are annoying, but that is beyond their control.

Everyone I talked to with RMF was helpful and guided me through the process in a professional and friendly manner. Any questions pertaining to my refinance were always answered in a very timely manner. I was always given a contact that I could easily get in touch with and receive an immediate response.
The process was insulting and laden with unnecessary Government regulations. We bought this house with a one payment reverse mortgage 5 years ago. The process and paperwork 5 years ago was totally ridiculous. We decided to redo the mortgage to take advantage of a lower finance rate and a much lower MIP rate. We went with reverse funding again because they already knew everything there was to know about us from the first reverse mortgage and the lower interest rate and MIP rate would reduce their risk over time as well as mak... read more
