***** ****** did a phenomenal job for us! The only problem we had was in getting an *** mandated second appraisal. This was not due to a lack of effort on Daves part, but on a shortage of appraisers. **** more than made up for this delay. He was always available for us, and compensated us for the time we had to wait with an extra credit. From the time that we inquired about refinancing our mortgage, to the time it was accomplished, there was lots of communication and personal vivists to make sure this was accomplished smoothly and to our satisfaction. Each person was knowledgeable, willing to expedite the process and encouraging.

I was disappointed that the process I was told it would take a little over a half to complete but it took about three. I was told I should receive $23,000 but because of the time involved I lost around $8,000 I realize the appraiser was the main problem but dont feel I should have been penalized. Not only that but every time I turned around another document was needed which slowed the process. If it I hadnt been for ***** ***** I would have cancelled and gone with another lender. I know Its too late but I was disappointed

We had a very good experience with ******, ***** and *****. There were a few hiccups, nothing more than can be expected, but they worked very hard to get to approval and signing as quickly as possible and to give us a product close to what we wanted. Overall it was a fairly easy, smooth process with everything conducted via phone, email and in our home.

Going through the first phase of the program was good so that we understand what we are getting into. The booklet and class was very good because it made it more clearly of what is expected from you as company and make sure we understand what we are getting into..I would tell my friends about reverse mortgage and tell them to look into it it might be something that could help them.
