7-8-23- same old crap-constant outage of elevators ( where several elderly live)no lighting in stairwells.completely dark in west staircase. The staff is always placing the blame to others which is like playing hot potato for anyone to take responsibility. My apartment leaked in two places during my stay and neither were fixed. Reverie simply doesnt maintain its properties and cant be bothered to answer for it. Additionally, I have received zero communication about receiving my security deposit back after multiple calls to the office and voicemails being left.

Nightmare. They don't respond to email because "they have too many emails." They don't answer the phone. They take months on maintenance requests and maintenance leaves a mess.Roaches.

Well I have had mice for the past year. Really bad. Mouse droppings all over my floor, kitchen, bedroom. Its not just one or two. Its multiple! Ive caught two. Found one dead in the middle of my floor. I literally hear them chewing through the walls. One just got stuck behind a couple or my moving boxes and that was a nightmare. I also deal with mold and sewer gas. In the winter sometimes the boiler system doesnt work and you freeze to death. Its a shame because there are a ton of elderly tenants who live here. We have had three management companies in the last 6 months, with very little communication/transparency/guidance regarding the transitions. Residents have been unable to get ahold of anyone in the office via phone or email for over a month given that their phones and internet have been down. Two employees actually knocked on my door unexpectedly one morning to tell me that contractors would be at my unit in a couple of hours because they couldnt call or email me. I call, I email, and no responses ever. I get charged random amounts and no one can tell me why or even answer the calls to tell me why. I like the apartment but management absolutely sucks. These people clearly do not know how to do their jobs and do not care.

DO NOT RENT FROM REVERIE ESTATES. This is the most incompetent bunch of children I have ever had the misfortune of conducting business with. Since I moved into my apartment in November the kitchen ceiling has leaked. We are talking a multiple bucket leak every time it rains. Not only does it leak, but it runs through the electrical system and makes the lights flicker when it rains even when the switch is off. I have attempted to get this resolved at least 5 times. I started to lease from Reverie Estates in February of this year. Around early May I found bed bugs in my apartment. I called Reverie promptly and was not responded to for several weeks. When I finally called back the office scheduled three treatments. I was told to come in to sign a paper stating I knew what I needed to do to ensure the bed bugs would not come back.
