On my move out date, they made the mistake of double booking the elevator. Instead of finding a solution, Theresa Black became extremely aggressive against my pregnant wife, calling her names in front of a bunch of people (I have witnesses). All due to their own mistake. CAREFUL!!!! BURGLARS COME INTO THIS BULDING AND THERE IS NO CONTROL. This a truly unsafe building. Lots of people come in (from the hotel area and parking area) with no control. Supposedly they have locks for the residents area, but often they don't work. Also the parking (being super expensive for the area) also works as a commercial parking, so lots of people going around, and the gate to separate the residents area is broken more often than not.
