The Hotel is Beautiful!. We were very happy with our hotel room accomodations. The room was large, comfortable and the decor was classy. We had a great view of the ocean from our room. We ate at three of the restaurants during out stay and all were Great! The staff is friendly and very accomadating. We had fun in the casino. Good gaming. We look forward to our stay in March and are considering spending a week there in July so that we can take advantage of the beach, beautiful pool and all the fun activities the hotel has to ... read more
Beautiful place to stay. Customer service is so so. Ton of people to assist but they were short and seemed as if I was a bother. Room was great but over all a wonderful stay.

The best casino in AC
Went to Revel for a bachlerotte party booked 2mths prior 3 rooms for 12 girls.Revel withdrew the money the next day.When we arrived at 4pm they told us our rooms werent ready but would b shortly 1 rm was ready at 440!!!We hd dinner reservations for 730 at Amada we hde to push back to 8pm the 2nd room wasnt ready till 745 the 3rd was ready at 10 pm!!!!Never spoke to a manager every time we went to speak to a manager they were unavailable!!!!Theyre hotel svcs SUCK .I asked the housekeeper for eztra towels bc we hd 4 girls to a... read more
When I visited Revel I was pleased with the way that the staff spoke to you . How they helped you with anything you needed help with. The rooms where clean and beautiful. The amenities where just right. The only thing I had a problem with is no coffee pot in the rooms . That's minor..and no frig..otherwise Revel is the place to be. You even win off of there comp....
