atlantic club closed all other casinos upgraded top cards to theres wont play there till this happens
We like it here beautify constructed. ..and the food was great! ! I would come back but not to many people here during the week...
I agree about the awful customer service. Also, this multiplier stull. Have you met anyone who ever received 100x slot dollars???? Me either. Every month they have a different multiplier dates. Unless it's in stone that you'd earn 3x or 4x, you'd never see anyone get 25x, 50x, or even 100x slot. Their slot program needs a hard look. We're not in the Bahamas where this Revel concept came from. I really hope the Hard Rock takes it over. Can't wait.
I hate my stay. I want to leave my dirty room immediately. This hotel deserves 0 stars.
I had no problems room was excellent and customer service was good i got lost told them my name and told me my room number people gave me directions on floor but all and all i liked the tropicana better
Marinara sauce on the room walls. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. Couldn't check us in on time. There's Chex cereal on the floor. The tablet that should have all the info for the resort doesn't work. Not sure if I can stay here again. I guess it's a good thing that it's only one night. Room 2523 right now if anyone wants to correct any of this.
