Terrible customer service seems to be a common theme here. We've had nothing but trouble with the reservation/check in/check out people. Multiple charges, overcharges, unexplained charges, holds placed on my card...it's been one thing after another. When we call them, we get passed off from one person to another. Promises of return calls or resolution to the problem(s) go unmet. To say that I am less than impressed with this place and it's service (or lack thereof) would be an understatement.

I'd love to give 0 stars, but that's not an option. Customer service in the entire place is non-existent; staff is rude & dismissive of any questions; housekeeping made the beds & did nothing else; rooms not ready until after 7 even though check-in is 4 and we're still waiting for them to call like they promised when the room is ready; one room phone & tablet didn't work; multiple calls to customer service from the one working phone resulted in a pre-recorded message that their system wasn't working, please call back later; ... read more
