The original part of our house was built in 1935 as part of the Homestead Project on the Cumberland Plateau. These houses were built with the stone and timber from the surrounding area by the future owners and their neighbors. Because of this there were some questions on exactly how things were constructed, but we knew that there was no insulation. I bought a 1962 basement rancher, and I have completely overhauled the home. My contractor told me that the main level walls were hollow and that I probably needed to have them insulated prior to having the exterior siding redone. Eddie and Martin were excellent in communicating the process, the product, the timeline, and they followed up every step of the way. Highly recommend. The home is now quiet and I can tell that the air conditioner isn't working nearly as hard. I look forward to a cozy winter. Thanks!

We had our home insulated by Retrofoam and within days I can already tell a difference in the temperature inside. The bedrooms towards the back of the house tended to stay cooler than the other rooms and they are no longer that way. We were able to lower our thermostat and still be comfortable inside. Thank you to Eddie and his crew for a fantastic job!

We had Retro foam of East Tennessee come out two weeks ago. Our salesman was Martin. It was nice to see Martin was also one of the workers that came to install. They worked quick and they were professional. We can see a difference in the keeping of the temperature in the house. We are happy with the work we had done.

We had our 1960's home done this summer. The men were courteous and worked quickly. My husband is sensitive to odors, but he was not bothered at all inside the house. In the last couple of months, our electric bill has been lower than last year even though it was warmer this year, and we had the AC turned down lower. I am looking forward to keeping warmer this winter.

Almost two years ago we had Retrofoam of East Tn insulate our 1885 vintage farmhouse. Our old house presented many challenges but the team was up to the task. The team did very nice work and were true professionals. My heat pump finally was able to cycle as it should now that the air no longer freely flows through the walls.
