Great gym. Great equipment. I have yet to run into equipment that is broken. I’ve been to other gyms where equipment was not only broken but they wouldn’t fix it (NYSC). Childcare, movie theater, classes, training, tanning, protein shake bar, etc. Highly recommenddd.
Total scam artists! I walked in to cancel and they won't let you even if the contract is for 12 months. I was told that I need to pay for the 13th month. So they want to take away the card and the continue to charge automatically a credit card in perpitude. Very argumentative staff. Can't ask simple question of them as they talk over you. How is it that if you have a contract for 12 months, they can expect to extend it in definitely??? I made it clear that I was willing to pay for 12 months not 13, 14, 15!
