THIS GYM IS AWESOME. COULD SEE MY SELF TRAINING IN ANY OTHER GYM.
I use to think the one in Bayonne was the superior one in this area but the twin city location surpasses it. And they just added the punching bag, monkey bar little workout area in the middle of the facility which is one of my favorite things about this location. The only downfall is they have one squat rack. But overall great retro.
It's everything I expected when I joined it has all the equipment you need to get a good workout, very nice trainers and its very clean....wouldn't choose any other gym
I absolutely love the gym, its facilities, and its staff. I especially love taking the spin class Chris teaches. He's the intense and motivated and will get your butt moving. I highly recommend anyone of any fitness level check it out!!
