I absolutely love the gym, its facilities, and its staff. I especially love taking the spin class Chris teaches. He's the intense and motivated and will get your butt moving. I highly recommend anyone of any fitness level check it out!!

This is the best Retro I've been to, and that's saying a lot because I've been to at least 5. Friendly helpful staff. My new home gym.
Used to go to the other one in Bayonne but came to this location as soon as I heard it opened. Exactly what I expected and more because of the friendly staff and management. I was actually going to buy a preworkout and the manager pointed out some samples they had which are not really samples. Literally a free bottle, enough to get you through your workout.
