Everything is good except how long you have to wait to be seen. It's almost always over an hour plus before you are seen. People have to work and if you have a schedule you cannot stay for the appointment because of the wait. There are usually seven to ten patients waiting in the waiting room at all times. Just today someone walked out because they had to go to work. Why schedule so many people that close together.
The retina doctor spent alot of time with me and was very caring he also has a great team of nurses
Today was my first visit to this office and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in the door to the checkout process. Everyone was so kind! They explained everything that was going to be happening in great detail and I was very at ease. I spoke with the office manager to tell her how great this experience was. Thank you for this office and staff.
