Dr. Pendergast and his staff are outstanding in treating my Macular Degeneration. He and his technician Wendy, are always kind, caring, and professional.
Without these treatments, I would have list my vision . So helpful answering questions, explaining everything. Am beyond grateful for Dr. Pendergast, and Retina Assoc.
He is arrogant and annoyed if he has to answer questions on complications of surgery. He refused to address pain issues involving increased eye pressure. He just ran away and pointed to his technician to "take care of it" I'm sure everything is great if you don't have complications. But when they made a bigger gas bubble that caused increased eye pressure so bad that pain is excruciating, they will do nothing and "ghost you" Don't go to this place. You are treated badly and dismissed by Tony and Brandon and this doctor
Dr. Pendergast is my eye physician. I like him and feel comfortable with his decisions on treating my eyes. He is pleasant and listens to me. Always calls me by my name.
I have been a patient of Dr. Miller at various locations since 2013. He has treated me for Epiretinal Membrane and related issues. He and his staff have always been professional and courteous. To his credit and that of his staff, I am 72 and still don't wear glasses. I strongly recommend Dr. Miller and his organization.
My visit to the new facility for Retina Associates of Cleveland located in Beachwood was incredible. It is reassuring to see an investment in a new facility and new equipment for treatments Dr,. Pendergast provides good feedback and monitoring of diseases. He has an excellent staff. Leslie is by far is the best technician I have encountered in 50 some years of eye care. You will feel like a family member during your encounter.
The Warren location of Retina Associates of Cleveland is top notch. The receptionists are kind and professional: you feel very well taken care of as soon as you enter the building. Covid screening and everyone wiping off chairs as soon as you stood up shows office dedication of keeping everyone safe. I am so lucky & blessed to have found Dr Scott Pendergast. He helped save me from unnecessary surgery. Great staff too!
Dr. Novak communicates well and is thorough in his examination. I was concerned about flashing light and floaters. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing a retinal specialist.
