Since Presence took over this hospital the staff has gone completely down hill. The building is beautiful but at what cost was it done? ER visits are now as long as Stroger and the staff seems to dislike their jobs. The Drs and nurses are great but Administration is lacking. I have never felt as uncomfortable as I did today. Sat for hours while my husband had chest pains and no one did a thing.
Super fun, friendly and caring staff! Incredibly clean facility with great design and spots to hang out with friends or family when they visit you... Errr, ummm... Or if you are visiting them.
