I had the best hospital experience I've ever had here. Starting with the 8/24/16 phlebotomist understanding my fear and being so understanding. She gave me a hug when we were done. I had surgery Friday 9/2/16 every staff member was stellar. The nurse who started my iv made sure my husband was there, numbed my hand first. All the nurses made sure you were always comfortable. Went to the ER at this hospital on Tuesday night for foot pain. The staff (receptionist, nurse, Doctor and X-ray technician) were all nice and very professional. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room. After seeing a nurse was brought to a room saw a Dr 5 minutes later and 5 minutes after that had my X-ray done. Thankfully the results came back negative and all I had was a foot sprain. I was in the ER total of 1 hr 15 minutes. I would defiantly come to this hospital for further injuries.
My husband works in Chicago during the week and became ill. Ambulance brought him in and he was admitted to 8th floor. Care is good, nurses seem compassionate. The noise level is SO high ..it is impossible to get any rest. TV'S and music very loud. We realize we are close to nurses station but made for a very unpleasant night. Hopefully all test will be negative and we will be released after one night and able to return to Nashville.
I appreciate the efforts provided by this hospital staff and they are great and responsibility , thanks to all for the excellent services .
My wife had all my kids at this hospital only first time we were hoppy,last two babys we were very unhoppy specially with Nursery who was incharge of room #419 on 7/21 /2016
