After an uncomfortable and traumatic stay with them, they torture me even more with a messed up billing department. They send multiple bills over a one year period. Then 2 years later, I get a call from them to say they made a mistake, they need to bill me more. Sure, I'll pay what I owe. But, I already paid up to my deductible, and asked them to check. They looked at my account, said, don't worry, you are good. Now, 2.5 years later, I get a debt collection agency calling me everyday. They claim I owe money from a stay here.... read more
I was a patient from 10/21/16 until 10/31/16 on the 9th floor in the Diamond Headache Unit. I have been a patient there several times since 2012, but this was my first stay in 2016. My nurses and PCT's were all wonderful!!! The housekeeping staff, room service staff and Ms. Kate Black were all wonderful as always!!! When I stay here I am usually at my worst with migraines, but the staff always treats me well and takes great care of me!
