My partner and I had a wonderful experience considering this was a very serious appointment for a very serious issue. The doctor was clear and direct and we really appreciated her expertise and sincerity. The valet parking was also well organized and efficient. Thank you.

My first time here bringing my mother for a test. We were told to be here at 6:15 a.m. We were very prompt. We went to registration to check in which took 5 minutes. At 6:20 we were told to go upstairs and wait in the waiting area because the nurses do not start until 7:00a.m. When asked why we were told to be here so early we got a typical non response. We are currently waiting in a dark room, no lights to turn on anywhere. This hospital clearly does not respect patients and family's time. I'd like to bill them for wasting ... read more
