The classes are challenging, yet fun! The coaches are top notch and provide a supportive element that makes this gym a totally different experience from others. Five stars for sure!
I've never written a review for a business, and certainly didn't think I would write a review for a gym. But that was before I discovered this gym. This gym makes you feel like you are part of the team. The support from the coaches and the other gym members is so motivating and the classes are great - tough but great. You WILL see results! I have been going to this gym for over a year now. When I first signed up and they promoted the fact that everyone will know your name, I thought "I don't really want that. I just want to slip in, work out, and slip out." But I was so wrong! When I first heard of Results, I had been on a mission to find that perfect gym to fit my needs for a few months already...I didn't want to join just any gym, I NEEDED the challenges this gym offers. I know for a fact the Results team is passionate about fitness and helping others to attain their goals. The consistency, discipline, and accountability are up to all of us, and as long as everyone sticks to these three things the Results coaches work with you effectively and realistically. Behind the scenes they constantly learn, train, and collaborate so that they can provide an empowering fitness experience. It's right there in their mission statement. Real transformations, real people, real RESULTS!
Well since we started on Feb. 26, I weighed in at 215lbs, the first week went down to 211lbs, now the second week im weighing in at 207lbs! Yay
