Where do i begin? This gym changed my life in a positive way. I lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks! I went from a 2xl shirt down to an xl and a 42 inch waist down to a 38! The trainers work with you and push you to your fullest potential. There is no negative energy because everyone in the class is trying to do the same things you are, and get their life back. From the coaches that are knowledgeable in what they teach and train, to the owners who are ever present and approachable and also knowledgeable in nutrition and exercise, to the new friends you make almost instantaneously in the classes. Results has affected my life so much. I started this journey scared because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it, but with all the help from the coaches and support from the people around me in the gym and outside of it I was able to lose 25.6 lbs in the first challenge! I just finished the 6 week challenge. Lost 21.6 lbs. Dropped two pant sizes. This is the BEST GYM, BEST group of COACHES and BEST PROGRAM I have ever had the pleasure of being part of. The workouts are hard, and the coaches push you to do more. The support system (on FB and in the gym) is fabulous! Everyone is friendly, helpful and truly supportive of each other whether its your first day or your 48th day. Thank you RESULTS!!!!
