U get a great work out. I'm just starting!! My class doesn't start until 9-8-14 but I'm ready
Would not go to any other gym!! Daily Personal training. Coaches treat you like family. You walk in and are greeted by name. One on one advance an modifications given if needed. Love my Fitfam!

First day was TOUGH!! But thanks for all the coaches and the group, I will be back again tomorrow.
I hate gyms! I hate them so much! As soon as I walked into Results, I could tell they were different. The coaches here are so friendly and super supportive. I signed up for the 6 week challenge and it was totally worth it. I highly recommend this gym.
This gym is absolutely amazing! All the coaches are so awesome! I can definitely call them my workout family! Looking forward to starting the second round with this gym & amazing trainers!
One week and I'm down 4 lbs. This gym keeps me motivated!
