My clinic was bought out by these guys, so I go to my first visit, the girl was rude and obviously didn't want to help me. Now they let me pay for a week and give me refill but didn't authorize it, so now I have to wait til Monday for my meds cause they're closed. How unprofessional and disrespectful are they to their patients?! I'm looking for a new clinic, thanks for ruining my holiday.
Was a great place to go!!! But 2 days before I was suppose to go back I get a letter saying I was discharged!!! I called to find out why and they tell me the Dr said I was rude!!! I have never been rude to anyone at that office. I feel like I deserved a better explanation. The Dr always told me I was one of his best patients and I always done my meetings and was always on time!!!

This is Michaels girlfriend Lexi Buchanan. I have loved coming to this clinic from day ONE! Dr. Johnston is simply amazing at what he does, and if it weren’t for him taking the time to understand my problems I don’t know where I would be today. The staff is ALL wonderful, especially the lab girls and I love Emmalea! I love that everyone makes you feel welcomed and not like something is wrong with you, like the previous clinic I went to. Thank you all for everything you do 💙
I used to think my dr cared but he couldn’t even tell me he was kicking me out himself and allowed his nurses to call my pharmacy and cancel scripts that r life and death for me. I used to love this clinic. I wish everyone well in their journey. I don’t plan to let this derail me in how far I have come in my life. My girlfriend goes here, as a clinic they are very good at what they do, as far as getting in and out goes.. However, this doctor(Della Vecchia) needs to check his attitude with people, if he talks to non patients like he did myself and a few others today, i would hate to know how his patients are treated?? this office and the staff here is very help for and I am very grateful for jenny, group leader, she has helped me thru a lot and linda, vitals reader, is the sweetest women I have ever met. all the staff and docs here have really helped me improve my addiction and are wanting to actually help me better myself. this is by far the best clinic I have ever been to and they actually want to help you better your life and kick the habit.
