I highly recommend Ann Powell and Serena & Lily Del Mar. I met with Ann multiple times to help design my family room, living room and master bedroom for our new home. She is delightful, creative, patient, and honest with ideas. Ann made a seemingly overwhelming project manageable and fun!
I walked into the store to inquire about some chairs, specifically their prices and dimensions. Unfortunately, the guy was focused solely on promoting a membership, despite me clearly stating three times that I wasn’t interested. As a result, I never received the information I came for—he was more focused with pushing the membership than addressing my actual questions.
This is one of the last stores with honest good customer service! Every single person I have worked with at this store was amazing. I have not met the manager of this particular store in Lajolla. Im sure the great happy atmosphere starts at the top. Keep up the good work.
